Korea Town Case Study

Rapid-turnout retail display fabrication and fixture modernization for Korea Town's flagship store opening at The Avenues Mall, Bahrain. Translating initial test projects into a comprehensive, high-precision rollout of custom display gondolas, updated EDG units, and tailored acrylic merchandising grids.

The Challenge

Executing precision display manufacturing without existing production files, requiring complete vector/design reconstruction from scratch. The production team had to perform rapid prototype testing to achieve exact display fitments, all while operating under a continuous, day-and-night production schedule to meet an uncompromisable store launch deadline.

Engineered and deployed dedicated design and fabrication workflows around the clock. Our design team digitized and rebuilt production layouts from scratch, while our fabrication team conducted real-time fitment trials to guarantee flawless acrylic joinery, high-definition UV printing, and seamless installation ahead of opening day.

Custom C2 Gondola Displays: Precision fabrication and assembly of new multi-tier C2 display units

EDG Fixture Updates: Modernization of existing EDG displays with custom-cut, high-resolution UV-printed acrylic grids

Backwall & Table Merchandising: Retrofitting existing retail backwalls and tables with custom UV-printed acrylic grids and display trays

Vector Design & Reconstruction: In-house file creation, dimensional mapping, and file prep to resolve missing client production data

The Result

Delivered a complete, retail-ready store setup on schedule for grand opening day. Based on the superior fit and finish compared to existing vendor displays, the client commissioned us to replace prior vendor fixtures and secured our team for all upcoming promotional and visual merchandising activations.
