A corporate space communicates an organisation's standards before anyone reads a word. Reception branding, office signage, internal wayfinding, wall graphics, meeting-room identification and display systems all carry that signal - and they have to be installed inside an occupied, operating workplace without disrupting it. That is the brief we build to.
DesignTech Group runs the full production chain in-house: signage, digital printing, digital screen integration, metal and acrylic fabrication, carpentry, design development and installation. A corporate brief is coordinated through one point of contact, so an office rebrand does not become four separate supplier conversations.
Reception branding and office signage
Reception is where a corporate identity is first felt. We fabricate illuminated and non-illuminated logo signage, dimensional brand features, reception desk integration and entrance signage - produced in-house with concealed wiring and finishes engineered for the building's environment. The aim is a reception that looks intentional and maintained, not fitted as an afterthought.
Office signage carries the brand through the floors. We produce door and room identification, floor and department directories, health and safety signage, and branded directional systems. Each element is specified for legibility at the distances and lighting people actually use it - a sign that works in a boardroom can fail on a service corridor, and we resolve that during design, not after install.
Wayfinding, wall graphics and display systems
Internal wayfinding is how a building becomes navigable. We design and fabricate directional directories, floor-level identification, zone marking and signage systems that read consistently across a premises. The specification accounts for the building's traffic, sightlines, lighting and materials, so a visitor finds their route without asking.
Wall graphics and display systems turn blank surfaces into brand and information space. We produce large-format printed wall murals, applied graphics, meeting-room identification and digital display systems - including commercial LED screens and interactive kiosks with centralised content control. Print and screens are coordinated so the same message reads correctly across both.
Fabrication and installation in occupied premises
Corporate work happens in a live workplace. That makes installation a coordination exercise: access is booked around occupancy, existing surfaces and furniture are protected, and the space keeps operating. Our installation teams handle access checks, protection, positioning, fixing, connection where authorised, clean-up, snagging and handover - and we confirm permits, working hours and electrical responsibility before any detailed scope is published.
Fabrication for an occupied building also has to account for maintenance. Materials and finishes are selected for cleaning, handling and lifespan: stainless steel, durable acrylic, protected metalwork and joinery finished for the fixture's load. We specify per environment rather than defaulting to a material, and confirm the board, substrate, coating and fixing before production.
Sign-off, coordination and maintenance
A corporate signage programme usually needs building management approval, landlord or facilities coordination, installation booking and a final sign-off. The route depends on the building and the sign; we do not imply that we secure a particular approval or follow a guaranteed timeline. We confirm the actual process against the venue and scope before committing to one.
For ongoing maintenance, the same team that fabricates and installs can return for updates - seasonal graphics, new meeting-room signage, refreshed wayfinding. Because the production chain is in-house, replacements match the original colour, material and finish rather than drifting over time. The first brief sets the standard the building keeps.
